Camp Okavango is a luxurious tented camp nestled on an isolated Nxaragha Island in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Accommodation at the camp is in intimate exclusivity in 12 East-African-model en suite safari tents, each gracefully nestled on elevated private sun-decks.
The interior each tent is artistically furnished with a wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director’s chairs.

Activities at Camp Okavango

There are several game viewing activities in Camp Okavango. The camp neighbours Moremi Game Reserve, a diverse habitat that is home to a wide variety of animals which makes it possible to see Wild Dogs, Cheetahs and Leopards wandering within the reserve on guided game drives. Resident species include Buffalo, Lion, Elephant, Hippo, Giraffe, Kudu, Red Lechwe, Hyena, Zebra, Sable and the Roan Antelope. Seasonal fishing and motorboat rides are also popular activities. There is bird watching which also eye-catching particularly near the waterlogged areas and Okavango swamps. However, children below the age of 16 years are not permitted.
