Abu Simbel is a famous archaeological site and one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world. Because of the Ramses II and Nefertari Temples, Abu Simbel is recognised as the Great Egyptian Pyramids of Cairo or the death mask of Tutankhamun. The Temples were carved out of sandstone cliffs high above the River Nile. Abu-Simbel is a small town located on the western bank of Lake Nasser, about 290km southwest of and about 50km away from the southern borders with Sudan. It is a great spot for adventure vacationers on Egypt tours. There are 8 impressive statues in the interior of a former pharaoh shown as the god Osiris. The Temple walls are painted with Pharaonic ornaments with artistic images of the king in battle for the reason that Rameses II was, for the most part, celebrated for his triumphs in battle in addition to his numerous victories. In the interior of the Ramses Temple are giant-10m high statues of Ramses lined in the central corridor of the Hypostyle Hall. The walls and ceilings are all exquisitely adorned and there are several side chambers that were probably used to store cult objects. The most astonishing and amazing is the central sanctuary.

The Nubian Museum of Aswan

The Nubian Museum ranks as one of Egypt’s best-presented museums. The museum presents Nubian history through more than 6500 years. Although never as impressive as Egyptian history, Nubian civilization emerged parallel to Egyptian, and several times through history, Nubian and Egyptian history merged. Designed to house the incredible collection items unearthed from the archaeological excavations during the Nubian Campaign. The total area covered by the Museum is 50,000 sq m. The structural design of the Museum and the cage walls are intended to remind traditional Nubian architecture.
